Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email tania@crystalcollective.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned for a refund must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the original packaging, returning is at the cost of the buyer.  For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of earrings, unless faulty.

Materials & Care

Our designs are crafted from natural and semi-precious gemstones, beads, sterling silver or gold-filled materials - they are made to last, but we recommend that you remove them to gym, swim or shower. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and potions. When not wearing, store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You can use our recommended cleaning steps in our 'Jewellery Care' section, we do not recommend using any chemical-based or abrasive cleaning solutions.

Packaging & Recycling 

We are avid lovers of our planet and have chosen to ship all of our jewellery in a minimal way. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and made from recycled and recyclable materials where possible. All of our boxes, tissue, cards and shipping bags can be recycled in your household paper recycling. Our natural, unbleached cotton pouches are reusable and the perfect place to store your precious gems.
